Thermoforming Moulds

In plasturgy, the quality of manufactured products is strictly dependent on the quality of moulds used. For this reason, a long time ago, we decided to be autonomous in this field. This strategy allows us being very flexible and rapid for fine-tuning and changes of moulds and ensuring good control of deliveries.

The various steps in the creation of a thermoforming mould are the following:
From part design to tray or blister design
From blister or tray design to mould design
From mould design to machining program in tool shop
Mechanical processing and production of first samples
Changes (if required), then final approval
Production start-up.
